Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the deesni platform (the “Platform”), operated by Deesni Technologies Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • Are not a person or entity prohibited from receiving services under applicable law; and
  • Are not located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions by the UN, EU, UK, or US.

3. Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must create an account and complete our identity verification (KYC) process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@deesni.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Platform Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
  • Misrepresent your identity, financial status, or professional qualifications;
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features;
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent;
  • Use the Platform to solicit investments in violation of applicable securities laws.

5. KYC & Compliance

We are required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all participants. You consent to our collection and processing of your identity documents and personal data for this purpose. We may suspend or terminate your account if we are unable to verify your identity or if you fail to meet our compliance standards.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, software, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Deesni Technologies Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Past performance of companies or investors listed on the Platform is not indicative of future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deesni Technologies Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
