Encryption at rest
All data stored on our platform — documents, messages, financials — is encrypted using AES-256. Encryption keys are managed independently and rotated on a regular schedule.
Encryption in transit
All communication between your browser and our servers uses TLS 1.3. Certificate pinning is enforced on our mobile clients. Plain-text connections are rejected.
KYC / AML compliance
Every user completes identity verification aligned with FATF guidelines. We screen against global sanctions lists and perform ongoing monitoring for high-risk profiles.
Manual admin review
No account is automatically approved. Every application is reviewed by a member of our compliance team before platform access is granted.
Access controls
Role-based access controls ensure users only see data they are authorised to access. Sensitive fields are redacted until mutual interest is confirmed by both parties.
Audit logging
Every significant action on the platform — login, document access, match acceptance — is logged with timestamp and actor identity. Logs are immutable and retained for 7 years.
Data handling principles
We collect only the data required to operate the platform and meet our regulatory obligations. Your KYC documents are stored in isolated, encrypted storage buckets accessible only to our compliance team. Documents are never used for any purpose other than identity verification.
User contact details are never shared with other participants without explicit, bi-directional consent through our platform matching system. We do not sell, rent, or broker any personal data to third parties.
Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with SOC 2 Type II certification. Data residency is maintained in the EU by default, with options for other jurisdictions upon request for institutional accounts.
